I have been there many times and I understand the staff are high school aged kids that rotate in and out. However, training them well would prevent a lot of frustration. Some take care in how they drive you car, wipe it down and clean the inside. While others do not. After that last experience I just go for the touchless drive through car wash. I handle the rest.

This place does the absolute minimum when it comes to what they advertise. The vacuuming is a joke. I have a Yukon XL and they vacuumed for a total of 45 seconds. Didn’t even pull the foot mats out or open the rear door to clean the back. Also, don’t let them fool you with the ‘dash and console’. They don’t do anything but take a paper towel to it. No armor all, or and fresh scents. The only thing this place is good for is an outside wash, and because of the other mess they make, I would go somewhere else for this. Will never be back.

It's as good as you will get for an automated wash. It won't get everything off everytime but it's cheap, fast and they have hand dry services.

Do I even have to give a star? I vow never to go to any of these places because the employees (or highschool kids) are really there just to get a check. We were in a pinch so we took our vehicle there. There were like 2 cars there and that included mine. $21.99 for a wash that would be fine if they had cleaned the rims correctly. There was heavy spots of black brake dust on 2 of them. They didn't even clean the inside windows except for the driver side. It looks like you only get the best service if you buy there highest level. Why pay over $30 when I can have someone come to my house and wash and wax for $60? Definitely double check this places job if you go. Don't be scared to tell them to do it over.

Didn't vacuum my trunk, no fragrance, I had to ask to have things redone on the inside and one of my tires was left a mess. Should have followed the reviews. And I really wanted to give them a good one :(
