I come here a lot but if your getting you battery tested it will show it's no good all the time. I bought a new battery 2 months ago they tested it and told me it was "Bad" I took it back to batteries plus and they charged it with no problem.DONT TRUST THEM to check your battery, alternator or starters

I called to see if I could borrow a tool like I've done before in the past. They told me yes just give them my id I came in the gentleman was new trying to help me then the manager took over and tried to rush me out the store I informed him my car is not out there it cant move. The battery is dead and I needed a tool to take it off he immediately brushed me off and said we don't do that. It was so rude I will never come back to this autozone

So I went into this store and Marlon assisted me. We made polite conversion and I informed Marlon that my dad used to take care of my car but he recently passed and I was looking for a reliable mechanic he told me that he fixed cars. He wrote.his number down. So several days later I called Marlon because my car was running hot and it need a water pump and a thermostat. He came over and fixed it well not reallt my car was still running hot and it was raining so he had to rush. Long story short. He played me. He never came back to fix my car. Every time I called or texted him he would not reply. DO NOT LET MARLON WORK ON YOUR CAR!!! I will nevrt go to this location just because of this employee. A REAL man keeps his word. Your word is bond.

Visit was kinda funny, except it involved my car which I totally rely on. The clerk was obviously a new hire and hired because he was somebody's cousin that needed a job. Even using the computer he couldn't figure out what type of antifreeze my car required. He brought me several options and told me to pick one! Thankfully the clerk at the checkout heard what was going on and helped him out.
