My mechanic sent my vehicle to Ricos to get detailed after my vehicle was stolen then recovered. Ricos were given explicit instructions on what to clean, the trunk in particular, and didn't complete the job. The inside looked great but when I asked why they didn't attempt to detail the exterior trim, I was given a flimsy excuse as to why the job wasn't done. Instead I ended up doing the job myself with over-the-counter supplies. For the $450 that Allstate paid for detailing, was expecting much more.

I had my car detailed here, based on reviews and length of time in business. They did an amazing job! Not only completely spotless, they even fixed/ buffed out door dings and rock chips. My 4 years old car looks new again! Worth every penny.

Traded one problem for another problem they created. I went out of my way to use this local shop to repair some paint scratches. The first trip to the shop the owner quoted me $45 and 30 minutes. I told him I'd drop it off Monday. I brought it back and a tech on duty looked at it and said it'd actually be $75 and 90 minutes. Ok. I'll deal with it I just needed it done. I had the work done and it was fine, but during the buffing they tore off my pin stripes, but didn't say anything to me about it! They didn't even notice it. I mentioned it when I picked up my truck and they begrudgingly admitted to damaging the stripes. "Must have buffed too far". But didn't suggest a fix. I asked to have new pin stripes put on. That took anther week of scheduling time. Then they couldn't match the stripe color and just stopped calling me about it and, didn't do the work. Summary: I took my truck in to make it look better, but they fixed one problem but created another. Avoid.

I had to leave Rico a review for his superior customer service and quality of work. He made my 10 year old Honda look amazing after removing a dent from a recent car accident, doing an overall buff and detailing the interior. He helped me understand my options through my insurance company (insurance reps can be misleading in their language and dissuade people from using their own shop to the insurances' preferred shops.) Rico took the time to explain my coverage and assure me my business was valuable to him. He was very genuine and established my trust with his willingness to help. As a woman going in for help on my car, it was very refreshing to work with someone patient and willing to explain the details. I told Rico my budget but he worked to complete everything under it, which was completely surprising and unexpected. I will take this kind of service any day over going to a dealer or large chain! What a superior experience overall; I can't say enough good things about Rico and his team!
