Mike was awesome, he answered his phone at 9pm and was willing to answer questions about a truck I was interested in. After we talked and I told him I was from out of town he didn't hesitate to meat me at the lot and let me take it for a drive! So after all of that we made a deal and I was leaving the lot at 11:30pm. Great customer service as far as I'm concerned. Very few people would do that.

I had a Great experience at 1st Choice with Mike. He was Very friendly and he helped us with all the details. He was Very upfront about any problems that were wrong with the Vehicle ( there was just cosmetic stuff) He made the purchase very easy again very upfront. We probably spent maybe an hour total there. It was the easiest car deal I ever did. I will for sure recommend him to others looking for a vehicle. I want to personally thank him for the no pressure sales that made it so easy for us.

I cannot recommend in good conscience this car sales lot to anyone. They bypassed the check engine light to sell us a suburban. We have paperwork showing they knew there was a problem but chose to not disclose or fix. We now have a car that won't pass emissions because we cannot afford to pay an additional $7K to rebuild the engine. We have asked them kindly to do the right thing, and they have refused actually blaming us for the issue. They're dishonest. So bummed because I thought they seemed so nice.

Super nice and welcoming! They answered all of our questions and sold my family a car that we have been dreaming of having for a long time at a super reasonable price. You can't go wrong at this dealer :)

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a 2002 Subaru Outback and have had nothing but trouble with this car from day 1. Mike attempted to fix the issue but once his mechanic could no longer complete the repairs properly I had to go to another mechanic and that mechanic was appalled by the work done by 1st choice. The last words I got from this shady business is "sorry for the bad timing" good thing there is resources like BBB and the AG to protect buyers... BUYER BEWARE!!!!
