If I could give them no stars I would but I couldn't move forward if I didn't give it one star. I dropped off my vehicle for a detailed cleaning. For the interior only. Small crossover type car. I'm assured it's going to be like new when I got it back. I come back 5 hours later cause supposedly that's how long they took and I open the back door to find that they didn't even clean the back. Not even vacuumed. The metal rug latches were dirty with old junk ( just bought the car used) and when I told one of the workers that they didn't clean that either he looks at me and says ,,,,,,,that? Isn't that what detailing a car is? The seats felt like they were barely cleaned. When I showed them the back they came over with a spray bottle and rag and started scrubbing the rug. What happened to shampooing? Then one of the workers tells me,,,,,,,oh if you rub the dirt in it stays in the fabric. What? Did he just say that and expect me to believe that? It looked like a regular car wash from someplace better. I will never ever return here for detailing or car wash and I strongly recommend you to go somewhere else for detailing. Worst experience ever.

I purchase a groupon for a full car wash inside and out got out of the car walk in to pay when I exit my car was already finish ...Thank goodness I only paid $10.00 as to their original price which was $20.00 worst car worst wash ever.....
