These guys were great! My car was spotless! As for customer service, they answered all questions I had about their services with a sincere and friendly manner. Be prepared with a book. It's not just a drive through a car wash. With the personal attention of people and not just machines, it understandably takes time ... but the great result is worth it! I'd definitely recommend this establishment.

After driving back all day from Montana, so we were tired and the truck we were in was borrowed, so we had to bring it back clean. It was nice Aloha is open 24hrs, however the service was disappointing....after it went through a deluxe wash and wax, it came out still covered - all over - the truck with soap suds. My boyfriend had to put a couple more dollars in to use the self-serve hose to finish rinsing off the truck and then since we didn’t have anything to dry it off with, we just drove home faster trying to air dry it and so it wouldn’t leave water spots. It looked like a really nice place, it was clean, the machines in the drive-thru seemed fancier/advanced upgraded model compared to others I’ve seen, and all the equipment n building appeared fairly new. It didn’t look ghetto, at all. So I expected a much better result than what we got....

Quick, clean car wash. I wish the wash would come with a free vacuum when you buy a wash. Prices are comparable to neighboring washes. Easy in and out!

The auto car wash works good however, one of the washers rubbed so close it bent my license plate in half, also the air dryer shuts off if you back up. I called the number and they explained why. I asked them if they have a membership, he responds back "we generate enough revenue not to scam people". Didn't seem like he even cared about my concerns. Will find another place to wash my car.

I had two kids puke in the car on the way home and couldn't find a place to clean the upholstery in the car that late at night. Thank goodness for Aloha! Was able to shampoo the whole car the night before. Saved me at least $50!
