You prep your own vehicle. The wash doesn't clean the bottom half of my truck and you have to leave the premises or go to a parking space to readjust your mirrors because there will be another vehicle on your rear and there is only room for one vehicle before you get pushed out onto the street. Plus you will need to dry the water droplets still on your vehicle.

It's okay to get a quick rince but they didn't clean the bumpers even though I paid extra

Pretty decent car wash for a drive-thru. But the vacuums are the worth the visit. They work better then most locations for being a free perk with the paid wash.
