I took my brand new car that I had for three months to get detailed. The plastic was still on the touch screen. The guy sprayed stuff on the electronics and all willy-nilly in the car. The electronics started glitching. I also had to go back after driving around the block because I couldn't see out the front windshield. I couldn't ignore it because I had a long drive ahead. He didn't wipe all the spray off in many places. Their car wash machine wasn't working at the time either.

My wife took our vehicle in to have it detailed before we hit the road. They did an excellent job inside and out...even cleaned inside the doors and tailgate. Got all the bugs (there were a lot :-). But the greatest thing, my wife was headed to the bank to cash a check. Unbeknownst to my wife she had dropped the endorsed check on the floor of the car wash. The cashier from the car wash found the check and brought it to my wife at the bank. Service above and beyond our expectations...the last car wash we used (never again) stole twenty bucks out of the ash tray. I give AutoBath in Arlington six stars for honesty!

Amazing staff! I was afraid I had gotten there too late (30 min before close). Was never made to feel rushed. First time there, (and I had a coupon) so the gentleman taking my order helped me pick a service. Upon exiting the wash, very friendly staff member (I think it was Corby) hand dried my car. I will be back!

MAKE SURE YOU WATCH YOUR CAR! One of the employees burned up my car's clutch badly, just from driving it 5 feet to the front of the store.. Manager has terrible customer service and acts very unprofessionaly. Some of the employees up there are real cool though, but be careful..

Richard that works on the inside the office was very friendly. Omar and Sergio did a great job on my car.
