I had to get a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. In general the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, one day after work I found a crack in the windshield of the rental vehicle (of no fault of my own). I returned the vehicle immediately, and because it was such an odd fluke the manager of the location promised to pay $69 of the $219 for repairs, as a generous gesture of good-faith and customer care. This never happened though despite repeated verbal promises. I understand I was responsible to pay for repairs for damage that occurred while the vehicle was in my care. I don't like that false-promises were made and not kept... If it hadn't been for this, I could have rated them higher. Sad

I love Enterprise. It's fast and easy to rent even if you're only renting for a day. I've rented twice this month already the only thing I didn't like was that even though I checked in first two people that checked in after me picked cars before me and took the one I wanted and I had to pay $5 to get the car I wanted. So that was pretty upsetting. Other than that renting is a breeze and the cars are in good condition.

It is like pulling a transmission trying to get the car you advertise as your premium car. I wanted a maxima . After much work l was lucky enough to get a Altima. People good programs suck , promises unkept.

It was very positive! They picked me up where I had dropped my car off for some repair. Took me to their lot, showed me the car I was going to get, and even gave me a better price than I expected. When we were returning the car, I put my keys in the drop box and left. Couldn't have been a better experience!

Great service. Plenty of choices of cars to pick from. Quality of cars is also really good!
