This is the second or third time I paid my money to get my car vacuumed and washed and had to leave and re-vacuum my car myself. I am very disappointed on the service and WILL NOT return. I understand you guys are busy but quality service rather than quantity should be more important. The inside of my car is awful and I am highly upset. I gave 2 stars because the staff is nice and the outside looks good due to the machine it runs through not the workers. Very disappointed!

Quick and easy for the most part. Quality depends on who you get, tire shine is pretty much a waste (do it yourself) have gotten a few scratches on my trunk post wash but hard to prove it was them!

Just wasted my money!!! They had to re-wash the car (Double polyprocess) Bc I asked them to... and still wasn’t clean... I gave up... not coming back... not recommended at all...

Made mistake of getting all my floor mats cleaned. Took extra 20mins. Way too long. They weren’t ready. Guy was also directing traffic and stopped my job. Invest in a machine. People don’t have 30 -40 mins for car wash.

Just moved to Charlotte from NY so I needed a good car wash place ....It won’t let do 2.5 stars but that’s cool. The people were nice. I got the managers special for $25 and they said it comes with vacuum inside and all....I literally had to go to the 7-11 next to the car wash and re-vacuum the entire beside with the exception of the front floors. Car is really dusty and the interior wasn’t even cleaned. Won’t be back. Thanks
