Great customer service and beautiful work! The lady and gents at G O's were amazing from the first time I walked in the door until I backed my car out of their parking lot. They explained everything they'd need to do as well as the costs associated and the work they did on my car is amazing; it looks new! When I got my car back one of the first things I noticed is that they washed and vacuumed it ( this was a pleasant surprise!) I've had collision work done on my car before from a different local business and never received such attention to detail, I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend G O's!

Absolutely would never take my car here again! I have a beautiful condition bmw that ended up getting spray painted, so we were recommended this company. We took it to them and the very next day they called us and said the car was done( they work at night) so we go out to see the car and there is overspray everywhere! The badges were still stained, the wheels still had paint, and the hood had some paint! So we let them know and they say that they will fix it. The next day we go back and the car is cleaned up but there is a 2in chunk of paint MISSING. Now a quick back story, the spot where the paint was missing had previously had some small cracks but I have washed this car, detailed it( it was show car ready) hundreds of times, I mean hundred of times! And not once has anything ever come off this car. So we notify them and they proceed to tell us that it was there before we dropped it off which it wasn’t, then once we showed them picture evidence from before we dropped it off they tell us, “that paint would have blown off in the wind anyways, it’s not our fault”. Long story short we have battled with this company and they still will not own up to their mistake and take responsibility. I am perfectly okay with people making mistakes, and this story could have turned out to be a great example of good customer service and responsibility if thy had just owned up to their mistake and fixed it, but they chose to lie and make excuses. So if you want a pain in the ass and a huge hassle then go for it, use this company!

The guys here are phenomenal! The gentleman who worked with me called me sunshine and had some of the best customer service in Yakima! He even called me on my lunch to see if I wanted him to bring my car to my workplace so I wouldn't have to worry!!! They also washed and vacuumed my car (not an easy feet for anyone conidering I practically live out of it!) Great prices, great work, and most of all great customer service!!!

110%! I will Recommend GO'S all day long! They are honest kind and do amazing work. The first person I talked to immedately wanted to make sure I could get the work I needed done on my car and worked with me through every step. Their customer service is top notch and I loved watching them all work as a team, from the front end to the back end they all treated me as if I was a valued customer. When I picked it up, not only was my car fixed, but I had a nice little surprise, a washed and detailed car! It made my day and left me talking about GO's to everyone I know. This business goes 110% for their customers.
