I went to Arbor Car Wash to get a wash on my sports car that is vinyl wrapped. When I got to the car wash I was not greeted in a positive manner. I was greeted with a “What do you want?” No etiquette at all. Then when I asked if the car wash is safe for a vinyl wrapped car the attendant said “How would I know? I didn’t install the wrap on the car?” Then he offered a hand wash for $60, keep in mind that the best of car washes in Austin charge between 20-30 dollars for a hand wash. I definitely know to never go to Arbor Car Wash again and I’ll make sure none of my friends in my circle of influence ever go there. I will post about this experience on Facebook, Twitter, and in the automotive forums.

Most of my life I was someone who would just wash my own vehicles, but with bigger vehicles and a busier work schedule its just easier to have someone else do it. My girlfriend recommended this place to me since she had been using them for a while. I find it very convenient to just take my truck here and have it cleaned up nice for about $15., which includes a wash, vacuum, windows cleans and hand dried. They seem to always do a good job and keep cars moving there. I even recently opted for the hand waxing ($55 for a truck) which turned out really nice and included a wash, interior cleaning and tire shire. The employees there are always helpful, they were even able to repair a chip in my windshield and hand all the insurance for me. Good people here, be sure to print out the coupons from their website to save a few bucks.

Definitely way faster than other places I've been to. Comfortable waiting area. Great service and end result was great too.

I used to go to Arbor for all my car services and washes, but I just found out that they forgot to tighten my rear brake bleeder when I went in last month for a brake flush, so all the brake fluid dripped out and caused my brake light to come on intermittently. They've lost me as a customer forever. They put my car and my life at risk because of this oversight, so never again. There are much better businesses with expert mechanics that will take care of all your car needs without worrying if they did it correctly.

I have been coming to this car wash for years now. I have ran into a few issues before but nothing ever serious enough for me to come write a review. I came today at 3:45 pm and the car wash was packed with cars with no drivers. At the end of the wash they hand dry your car, which is my favorite part. No spots. Well. Because they were so busy and the car behind me didn’t have a driver, they proceeded to just ask me to keep it moving so the cars could keep coming through. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s quite disappointing. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere where I know I will get the FULL service I pay for.
