The Worst place ever for a lil change. The owner yells at his employees to speed it up and push the cars out. I'm sorry but I would rather have everything done right the first time and make sure it's safe and nothing will fall off talked about his employees behind there back treats them like Michael Vick treats dogs the owner is the one that is ruining his own business that pretty bad when a college takes u off there hiring list for students because the students complained to the college about him if I could give this place negative stars I would he just out to make a quick buck not to mention how much he talks about peoples kids

As a customer there, the owner had always been fairly nice toward me but I noticed he had been a little rude to other customers. As an employee there, I found out that the owner is a nightmare. Constantly trash talking employees to his friends when they come in, yells at his employees in a condescending manner, and is overall unenjoyable to work for. Treats people as if they're inferior to him and does sketchy things constantly. Doesn't give his employees actual lunch breaks and doesn't have them fill out forms for their tax return purposes. I wasn't asked about any claims I needed to make toward tax returns or any money needed withheld for city/school taxes. I was told that the employees are too stupid to be able to fill out their tax forms.

The service was fine, but the manager is very rude and disrespectful to not only his employees but customers as well.

As much as I want to give them a better rating because I feel bad for the young men who work hard on vehicles and do a decent job, I just cannot because the man who appears to run or own the place was just awful. He yelled at the other employees repeatedly and in a very condescending way, right in front of myself, my children, and several other customers. It was extremely unprofessional. My oil change was done properly and quickly and I have no complaints as far as the mechanic's work goes, but that man at the counter was unbearable.

Management is very rude to his employees. I have been there two times for an oil change and management is very rude to his employees. I stopped to have my car washed and was not pleased with the results.
